Amazon.com Product Description
Fueled by light, the Citizen Men's Eco-Drive Exclusive Chronograph Stainless Steel Watch runs on advanced Eco-Drive technology, so it marks time without requiring a battery. Featuring sporty, stainless steel accents, this classic timepiece garners attention with its vivid blue dial that's protected by a fine mineral crystal. The spherical watch face is embellished with crisp, luminescent Roman hourly indexes at the three, six, nine, and 12 o'clock positions, which are interspersed with stick hourly markers and bordered by second markers. The eye-catching inner dial features three luminescent subdials alongside an an easy-to-read date window, which is perched at four o'clock. A durable stainless steel bezel and case house the dial and connect to a matching band that features a fold-over clasp with a push button for easy fastening. Water resistance to 660 feet (200 meters) and Japanese-quartz movement let you stay active without removing this handsome, cutting-edge watch. Charge it by sunlight, flourescent light, or regular incandescent light for a reliable, long-lasting charge. This timepiece is sold exclusively on Amazon.com and includes a Citizen Eco-Drive box for elegant presentation.

Note: If placed in an unlit area while fully charged, the Eco-Drive watch will run anywhere from 45 days to five years, depending on the model.

5 out of 5 stars Nice watch with Dark Blue Dial   February 4, 2010

It is a nice watch, stylish, and it is the right size. As everyone knows, the trend is more into larger watches. With a diameter of 45mm, this is a nice choice with a price tag about $160.

5 out of 5 stars Outstanding Citizens watch   February 23, 2010

Amazon exclusive Citizens EcoDrive watch works great and looks that way as well. I bought the all stainless watch & band with blue dial. Delivery by Amazon was perfect. Watch keeps great time and runs off of light instead of battery or motion. Don't have to use a watch winder when you're not wearing it. The watch to replace your other watches with.

5 out of 5 stars Great looking watch   April 1, 2010

I bought this watch as a gift and when I received it in the mail it did not fail to impress me. It looks really sharp and it's very versatile because it can be easily dressed up or down. The face of the watch was a bit larger than I expected, but I actually prefer that, so I was happy with it. I also love the look of the large numbers on the dial and the blue face is a great color.

5 out of 5 stars Larger and heavier than I thought, but it is great   July 28, 2010

I previously owned a Pulsar solar powered watch that lasted for 12 years. I was looking for a replacement that was also solar powered, but would go well in a business meeting and when outside hiking. I looked a long time and finally chose this watch, my first one with the three inner dials. I used the measurements and compared it to my Pulsar. I was a bit surprised when I received it at how large the face actually was, and also how much heavier it was than my Pulsar. After wearing it now for about a month, I have come to love this watch. You must have the band snug due to its weight though, but as a stainless steel watch it has been just fine. I also have come to really appreciate the larger and blue face. I was a bit confused about the 24 hour inner dial, I had it in my mind I could set that independently for GMT time, but it is not so not really necessary other than to balance the other dials on the face. I have enjoyed using the chronometer function, but the minute and hour hand can interfere with the readout.

All in all, I am more than happy and look forward to another 12 year watch.

4 out of 5 stars Great watch for the money   October 11, 2009

I am not one to spend a lot of money on luxury items however some things that you use every day can justify the added expense. I would love to buy a luxury watch as I do appreciate such things however I can't bring myself to spend the money at this point in my life. I purchased this watch after my Fossil broke and could not be happier with my purchase. Fossil watches look great for up to a year but the quality is not there. They are inexpensive, look great, but are not in for the long haul. The Citizen Eco-Drive ($200) I bought after 6 months has been great. The face has been very scratch resistant and the stainless case/band have held up as well. I often get compliments from my friends who own much more expensive watches. I shopped for a few months in stores and online for a new watch and am happy with my purchase. Hope this helps someone with their decision.
