| Customer Reviews: Nice watch with Dark Blue Dial February 4, 2010 Yusuf Ozbek (Boston, MA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It is a nice watch, stylish, and it is the right size. As everyone knows, the trend is more into larger watches. With a diameter of 45mm, this is a nice choice with a price tag about $160.
Outstanding Citizens watch February 23, 2010 Charles M. Scheidegger (Indiana) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Amazon exclusive Citizens EcoDrive watch works great and looks that way as well. I bought the all stainless watch & band with blue dial. Delivery by Amazon was perfect. Watch keeps great time and runs off of light instead of battery or motion. Don't have to use a watch winder when you're not wearing it. The watch to replace your other watches with.
Great looking watch April 1, 2010 Sarah J (Philadelphia, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this watch as a gift and when I received it in the mail it did not fail to impress me. It looks really sharp and it's very versatile because it can be easily dressed up or down. The face of the watch was a bit larger than I expected, but I actually prefer that, so I was happy with it. I also love the look of the large numbers on the dial and the blue face is a great color.
Larger and heavier than I thought, but it is great July 28, 2010 David Heimke 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I previously owned a Pulsar solar powered watch that lasted for 12 years. I was looking for a replacement that was also solar powered, but would go well in a business meeting and when outside hiking. I looked a long time and finally chose this watch, my first one with the three inner dials. I used the measurements and compared it to my Pulsar. I was a bit surprised when I received it at how large the face actually was, and also how much heavier it was than my Pulsar. After wearing it now for about a month, I have come to love this watch. You must have the band snug due to its weight though, but as a stainless steel watch it has been just fine. I also have come to really appreciate the larger and blue face. I was a bit confused about the 24 hour inner dial, I had it in my mind I could set that independently for GMT time, but it is not so not really necessary other than to balance the other dials on the face. I have enjoyed using the chronometer function, but the minute and hour hand can interfere with the readout.
All in all, I am more than happy and look forward to another 12 year watch.
Great watch for the money October 11, 2009 Vincent Voci (Raleigh, NC) 26 out of 27 found this review helpful
I am not one to spend a lot of money on luxury items however some things that you use every day can justify the added expense. I would love to buy a luxury watch as I do appreciate such things however I can't bring myself to spend the money at this point in my life. I purchased this watch after my Fossil broke and could not be happier with my purchase. Fossil watches look great for up to a year but the quality is not there. They are inexpensive, look great, but are not in for the long haul. The Citizen Eco-Drive ($200) I bought after 6 months has been great. The face has been very scratch resistant and the stainless case/band have held up as well. I often get compliments from my friends who own much more expensive watches. I shopped for a few months in stores and online for a new watch and am happy with my purchase. Hope this helps someone with their decision.
